- 1 onion
- 2 stalks of celery
- t tsp cumin
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 2 cups frozen spinach
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 2 cups water
- 1 can (light) coconut milk Use soy milk or oat milk if you want to make this oil free.
- 1 cube bouillon
- salt and pepper to taste
