  • 1 immersion blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp olive oil Omit if you want to make this oil free.
  • 1 onion
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • t tsp cumin
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups frozen spinach
  • 2 cups frozen peas
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 can (light) coconut milk Use soy milk or oat milk if you want to make this oil free.
  • 1 cube bouillon
  • salt and pepper to taste
